Living on the West Coast where there are two seasons semi-arid and rainforest monsoons, in both seasons I tend to incline toward the salt chuck, perhaps more so during the monsoons. This gallery is a collection of images from the genuine waterfront where we work or play. Now the docks, bridges, beaches and shorelines of the Coast in many places are being sterilised by developments that either erases the honesty of these places or block public access.
Capturing the intensity of living close to the ocean where we are close to the natural environment and in harmony with the elements, there is an emotional connection that these images evoke in me. Reminding me how important this world is to keep us connected, sincere and grounded.
